Wii Fit / Balance Board Review

A review of the hardware and software that comes from Wii Fit. I try it out for 2 weeks and let you guys see the result, then talk about everything you need to know before buying this product from Nintendo. FINAL WORD: Wii Fit is not for everyone. If you are already quite fit, it will most likely do nothing for you. It tones your body more than anything else and is pretty fun to do with other people. It also is a very good way to track your weight over time. It has the POTENTIAL to improve your health but unless you plan on being serious and using this almost every day, you are just wasting your time. It will only work for those who want to put the effort into it, just like every other work out regime. It is much better than a DVD, but not nearly as good as a gym. It is a good way to begin working out, especially if you have low motivation, but it won’t make you super healthy. Personally, I wanted to get more toned because of my joint issues and Wii Fit helped me do that. Punch Out music can make anything seem epic. Even Wii leaning!
